摘要
从2G增值业务的现状着手,跟踪与3G增值业务有关技术标准的发展状况及产品跟进情况,介绍3G业务分类及特色业务流程,最后给出移动运营商3G增值业务开展及平台建设建议。
Beginning with the current state of 2G value-added service, it presents the development of technical specification and products related to 3G value-added service, deals with 3G service classification and feature service procedure. Finally it gives suggestions on mobile operator's 3G value-added service development and platform construction.
