老年糖尿病病人并发低血糖GI饮食控制的效果评价 被引量:37

摘要 目的 评价食物血糖生成指数 (GI)概念结合食品交换份法辅导老年糖尿病病人的临床应用效果。方法  5 2例病人分为 2组 ,实验组按GI概念结合食品交换份法构成不同食谱及餐次分配以实行饮食控制 ,对照组按食物成分计算的传统控制法控制饮食 ,比较 2组临床效果。结果  2组血糖控制均理想 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但实验组较对照组饮食控制灵活 ,低血糖反应无一例再发生。结论 应用GI概念辅导老年糖尿病病人有利于饮食结构控制 ,防治低血糖。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of the conception of food GI combined with food exchange porting for tutoring senile diabetes. Method 52 cases were divided into 2 groups,experimental group carry on diet control according to different recipe and eating time by GI conception and food exchange portion, control group takes traditional control of food component calculation, then compare the clinical effect of 2 goups. Result There is no significant difference between 2 goups, and blood sugar is controled ideally, but experimental group controls more flexibly than control group, and no more one case of hypoglycemia occurs. Conclusion To apply GI conception as tutorship for senile diabetes is in favor of controling diet structure and prevent hypoglycemia.
