摘要
目的探索洁净手术室与供应室一体化管理模式。方法将手术室和供应室进行一体化设计、建设,手术室用 过的器械通过外走廊、污梯直接送往供应室消毒灭菌后,再通过专用清洁电梯送至手术室备用。结果正式运行近 1年,节省了手术室护士大量时间(人均1.0h/d);手术由过去的每日平均71.0台增至82.0台;手术器械包数目、 夹带等错误发生数由过去的平均每月9项减少到0,并杜绝了器械丢失现象。结论手术室与供应室实行各自独立 而又密切相关的一体化管理模式,可提高工作效率,使手术室更加洁净。
Objective To find out a new model for unified management of Operating Room and Supply Department. Methods Operating Room and Supply Department were integrated in the design and construction of the new surgical building. The used surgical articles were transported to Supply Department for sterilization through an external corridors and special elevators. After sterilization, the articles were sent back to Operating Room through an internal corridor and another special undefiled elevator. Results The unified management has been practised for a period of one year. It saved on a lot of time of nurses working in the Operating Room (about 1 hour/person/ day). The number of surgeries performed increased from an average of 71 to 82 per day. The number of mistakes in the handling of appliance delivery was decreased from an average of 9 to 0. The loss of instrument did not happen. Conclusion The unified management of Operating Room and Supply Department can improve the efficiency and result in a cleaner Operating Room.
