摘要
工程项目全生命周期费用管理是实现项目建设前期、建设期、运营维护期、拆除期等各阶段总费用最小化的一种理论和方法,文中重点论述了在决策和设计阶段应用的技术方法,并给出了在我国实施全生命周期工程费用管理模式的建议。
The purposes of full life cycle cost management are to achieve the lowest total cost of a project during all of its periods,including initial period of construction, construction period, operation and maintenance period and demolition period etc. The technical methods applied at decision-making and design stage were emphatically described, and suggestion for the full life cycle cost management mode (pattern) was also given.
