摘要
①目的 建立高压液相色谱快速测定尿中儿茶酚胺含量的方法。②方法 流动相选用柠檬酸 柠檬酸三钠 甲醇 离子对试剂 EDTA 2Na混合液 (pH 4 .2 ) ,采用PEC18(30mm× 3mm)色谱柱 ,并以自制的固相萃取柱对标本预处理 ,以电化学检测器检测。③结果 线性范围在 2~ 10 0 0 μg L ,最低检测限为 2~ 30 μg L ,平均回收率为80 .1%~ 10 7.3% .④结论 该方法能满足对嗜铬细胞瘤等疾病的实验诊断需要。
Objective\ To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for rapid determination of catecholamines in urine. \ Methods\ The analytical column was packed with 30 mm×3 mm C18. The mobile phase was compounds (pH 4.2 ) of citric acid sodium citrate buffer, methanol, ion pair reagent and EDTA 2Na. After being pretreated with different methods, samples were determined with electrochemical detector. \ Results\ The linear range was from 2 to 1 000 μg/L. The minimal detection limit was 2-30 μg/L. The average analytical recovery was 80.1%-107.3%. \ Conclusion\ This method is able to meet the need of laboratory diagnosis for pheochromocytoma and some other diseases.
