摘要
①目的 确定石香薷挥发油 (MCMVO)体内外抗流感A3型病毒活性成分。②方法 硅胶柱层析法分离各组成成分 ,用CPE抑制实验对抗病毒活性成分进行初步追踪研究 ,用小白鼠流感病毒性肺炎模型作进一步评估。③结果 MCMVO ,中性MCMVO和硅胶柱层析分离后洗脱液 (C部分 )均具有抗流感A3型病毒作用 ,以洗脱液C部分抗病毒活性最高 ,抗病毒治疗指数分别为 35 .0 ,36 .9和 70 .9,MCMVO和洗脱液C部分给药剂量在 10 0mg kg体质量及其以上对小鼠流感病毒性肺炎有明显的治疗作用。④结论 抗流感病毒活性成分可能存在于MCMVO经硅胶柱层析后洗脱液C部分。
Objective\ To identify and determine the antivirus active ingredients of volatile oil of Mosla Chinensis Maxim(MCMVO) for influenza virus type 3 in vitro and in vivo.\ Methods\ The components of MCMVO were separated by silica gel chromatography. A study on antivirus active components of MCMVO was carried out using CPE inhibition and antiviral activities of active components were assessed further by white mouse model of influenza virus pneumonia.\ Results\ MCMVO, neural MCMVO and the eluent ( C ingredient) separated by silica gel chromatography had antiviral activities against influenza virus. The antiviral activity of C ingredient was the highest. The therapeutic indexes were 35.0, 36.9 and 70.9, respectively. The therapeutic effect of MCMVO and the C ingredient was significant for influenza virus pneumonia of mice when the dose given was 100 mg/kg bodyweight or more.\ Conclusion\ The antivirus active components may exist in the C ingredient separated by silica gel chromatography.
