摘要
①目的 观察孕鼠被动吸烟对胎鼠骨骼发育的影响。②方法 实验组孕鼠被动吸烟 ,然后取胎鼠进行茜素红染色 ,观察全身骨骼发育情况。其中 36只胎鼠进行图像分析 ,观察其骨骼密度 ,并与对照组进行比较。③结果 实验组胎鼠骨骼发育明显迟缓 ,骨龄明显落后 ,并且出现了一些脊柱裂并露脑、脊柱侧弯、肋骨缺失等骨骼畸形。实验组胎鼠体长明显短于对照组 (t=4 .6 74 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,骨密度低于对照组 (t=2 .4 6 1,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 孕鼠被动吸烟能致胎鼠骨骼发育明显迟缓和骨骼畸形。
Objective\ To study the effect on fetal skeleton development of pregnant golden hamster by way of passive smoking. \ Methods\ The experimental group was exposed to tobacco smoke, 234 fetuses was then stained by Alizarin Red S and the development of the bone was studied. The density of skeleton of 36 fetuses was examined by image analysis and compared with the control group. \ Results\ The development of fetal bones in experimental group was significantly delayed, the bone age appeared significantly late and the body length of the fetuses of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group ( t= 4.674,P< 0.001), and with the density of the skeleton was less than that of the control group ( t=2.461, P< 0.05). Some skeleton malformations were found, such as spina bifida, spina lateroflextion and lack of rib.\ Conclusion\ Passive smoking can delay skeleton development significantly and some skeleton malformation.
