摘要
①目的 探讨玻璃体腔内高氧含量对视网膜、脉络膜血流量的影响。②方法 以 2月龄猪为实验对象 ,采用放射微球标记法分别测定玻璃体切割术中气液交换及氧液交换后 10min ,视网膜及脉络膜血流量。③结果 高氧组视网膜血流量急剧减少 ,由未注氧前 (空白对照 )的 (1.885± 0 .4 76 )mL (min·g)降为 (0 .2 4 5± 0 .0 2 2 )mL (min·g) ,常规空气交换组降为 (1.343± 0 .16 6 )mL (min·g) ,高氧组与空白对照组比较 ,差异有极显著性 (t=5 .96 1,P<0 .0 1) ,与常规空气交换组比较 ,差异有极显著性 (t=11.2 5 7,P <0 .0 0 1) ;高氧组脉络膜血流量由未注氧前的 (4.6 4 5± 0 .5 2 0 )mL (min·g) ,降为 (2 .6 17± 0 .2 6 9)mL (min·g) ,与空白对照组比较差异有显著性 (t=5 .999,P <0 .0 1) ,与常规空气交换组的 (3.899± 0 .2 88)mL (min·g)比较 ,差异有显著性 (t=5 .2 75 ,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 玻璃体腔内提高氧含量 ,可以使视网膜、脉络膜血流量明显降低 。
Objective\ To study the effects of intravitreous hyper oxygen content on blood flow in porcine retina and chorioidea during vitreoretinal surgery.\ Methods\ Determining the blood flow of porcine retina and choreioidea ten minutes after air liquid and oxygen liquid changing during vitreoretinal surgery for two month old swine by using radiolabelled microspheres method. Results\ The retinal blood flow markedly decreased ten minutes after oxygen liquid changing during the operation, dropping from (1.885±0.476)mL/(min·g) to (0.245±0.022)mL/(min·g) for hyper oxygen group and (1.343±0.166)mL/(min·g) for air changing group. The comparison between hyper oxygen group and blank control group ( t=5.961,P <0.01), between hyper oxygen group and routine air changing group( t=11.257,P <0.001) showed significant differences. The blood flow of chorioidea of hyper oxygen content group dropped from(4.645±0.520)mL/(min·g) for blank control group to (2.617±0.269)mL/(min·g), the differences were significant as compared with the blank control group (t=5.999,P <0.01) and the routine changing group ( t=5.275,P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ The blood flow in porcine retina and chorioidea can be reduced markedly by increasing intravitreous oxygen content and thus cause contraction of the blood vessels of the retina.
