摘要
拟定了一种简便、快速测定锌合金中微量铈的方法。在强酸性体系中铈与二溴羧基偶氮氟胂(简称FAsA DBK)形成蓝紫色络合物,其最大吸收波长为632 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1 2×105L·mol-1·cm-1,线性范围为0~28μg/25 mL,加标回收率为96.0%~101.8%,该法用于锌合金或中间锌合金材料中微量铈的测定,相对标准偏差小于2.0%。
In an acidic solution of 0.14 mol·L^(-1) hydrochloric acid, the new chromogenic reagent dibromocarboxy fluoroarsenazo (abbreviated as FAsA-DBK) reacts with cerium(Ⅳ) to form a bluish violet coordination complex with its Absorption maximum at 632 nm. The apparent molar Absorptivity of this coordination complex was found to be 1.2×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer′s law holds in the range of 0~28 μg of Ce(Ⅳ) per (25 mL) of solution. Based on the results of interference testing, the color reaction was applied to the determination of cerium in zinc alloys successfully.
