摘要
多组分混合样品中铝的测定。利用PEG PAN (NH4)2SO4体系,对Al3+、Co2+、Cu2+、Fe3+、Mg2+、Ni2+、Zn2+混合液进行萃取分离,并用络天青S对Al3+进行定量测定。在pH 5.3 的HOAc NaOAc缓冲溶液中Co2+、Cu2+、Fe3+、Mg2+、Ni2+、Zn2+ 几乎被PEG相完全萃取,Al3+ 几乎不被萃取。实现了对上述混合离子溶液中Al3+ 的定量测定。Al3+ 含量在0~0.40 mg·L-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,回收率在96.8%~103.1%。
In an acetate buffer medium of pH 4.5~6.0, or optimally at pH 5.3, and using PAN as ligand reagent to form coordination complexes with Co^(2+)、 Cu^(2+)、 Fe^(3+)、 Mg^(2+)、 Ni^(2+) and Zn^(2+), a phase-extraction separation of Al(Ⅲ) from such multicomponent metal ion solution was achieved successfully by adding 5 mL of (300 g)·L^(-1) PEG solution, 3.5 mL of butanol and 3.5 g of solid (NH_4)_2SO_4 to the sample solution (total volume (10 mL)) and after shaking thoroughly. After standing for an appropriate period of time, PAN chelates of the above mentioned metal ion entered into the extraction phase (upper phase) containing PEG, butyl alcohol and aminonium sulfate, while aluminum(Ⅲ) ion remained in the water solution (lower phase), an aliquot of which was used for the determination of aluminum(Ⅲ) photometrically with CAS as color reagent. Beer′s law was hold in the range of 0~0.40 mg of Al(Ⅲ) per L of solution, and recoveries were found in the range of 96.8%~103.1%.
