关于联合开发电力信息资源的构想

Scheme of Joint EXploration of Power Information Resources

从信息资源建设的特点出发,分析了电力信息网建设中,信息资源的开发利用落后于信息网硬件建设的现状,认为加快电力信息资源开发和建设是目前信息化建设和信息网络向深层次发展的关键,并提出联合开发电力信息资源的构想。在国家电力信息网上建设和开发出拥有自主版权的、权威的、可靠的信息精品;联合开发一批反映国家电力公司及所属企业的基础信息数据库系统。文中还提出联合开发建设信息资源的目标、方法和目前的任务。

On the basis of special features of information resources construction, present situation in power information network construction is analyzed, in which the information development and utilization are lagging the information network hardware construc- tion. It is granted that the key point in present information construction and further development of information network is to expedite the exploration and construction of power information resources. The scheme of joint exploration of power information resources is brought forward. In national power information net, authorized, reliable, well-chosen information with owned copyright shall be con- structed and developed, sets of database systems that reflect basic information of National Power Corporation and enterprises be- longed to National Power Corporation shall be jointly developed. Objects, ways and present tasks of joint exploration of information resources are brought forward in this article as well.
