摘要
介绍了分形理论,探讨了其在电阻点焊中的应用前景。分形理论包括分形的基本概念、分形理论的发展、3个分形维 数的概念 及计算。分形在点焊中的应用包括电极间接触电阻的确定、熔核形成过程中的相变及搅拌运动、点焊中特征信号的提取。
The potential applications of fractal theory to resistance spot welding is discussed.The theory of fractal consists of three partsthe first is the concept of fractal,the second is the development of the theory,the last is the definitions and calculations of Hausdorff dimension,similarity dimension and countbox dimension.As for the applications of fractal theory to the resistance spot welding,four aspects induding electrical contact resistance,the phase change and the stirring of liquid metal in the formation of nugget,the extract of the characteristic signals.
