摘要
介绍了电阻点焊技术的主要原理和影响电阻点焊的主要因素以及常用的电极材料、点焊设备,分析了汽车工业中新材料的点焊性能和电阻点焊质量控制技术,探讨了点焊新技术、点焊机器人在汽车工业中的应用。
In this paper,the essential theory of resistance spot welding technology,the main factors of affecting resistance spot welding,the common electrode materials and the resistance spot welding equipment are introduced.Then,the technology of spot welding quality control and welding performance of the spot welding of new material in automobile industry are analyzed briefly.Furthermore,the new technology of spot welding,the application of resistance spot welding and spot welding robots in automobile industry are discussed.
