摘要
运用零频率估计法估计苹果黄始叶螨种群密度与相应估计密度和实际密度值,吻合较好,二者差异不显著,平均误差小于0.2,精度 D 大于80%.Kuno 序贯抽样法在种群密度欠(2头/叶)、抽样数小时,可省时、省工作量.反之当种群密度小(1头/叶)时,则抽样数大,与常规调查统计法相似.
Using the method of Zero Frequency Estimation to estimate the group density of yel- low apple mite (Eotetranychus sp.) and comparing it with the related estimated density and actual density,the two or three values fitted well.The mean error was less than 0.2 and the precision D was larger than 80%.Using the technique of Kuno array sampling to inves- tigate the group density of yellow mite is convenient when the group density is larger than 2 heads/leaf.
