摘要
不育系种子中的杂株有5种,但以保持系为主。繁殖用种退化,隔离区不合标准,保持系中混有杂株,种子收、打、晒中的机械混杂等,是杂株形成的主要原因。选择使用高纯度的亲本,并不断提纯复壮;严格隔离制度;使用纯度在99%以上的单繁保持系,并单独育秧,提前栽插,授粉后割去;改进栽培技术,提高种子产量;加强田间去杂去劣,实施田间检查和鉴定监督制度等措施,是提高不育系质量的有效措施。
Off-type plants in sterile lines arc of five types, with plants of maintainer line type as the predominant onc. Seed detcrioration, substandard isolation plots, off-type plants in the maintainer line population and mechanical contamination during harvcsting, threshing and drying of thc sceds constitute thc primary causcs of the occurrcncc of such off-type plants. Stratcgics arc offered in this paper to solvc such a problcm.
