摘要
对4个籼粳交组合P,F_1,F_2世代米粒垩白度的遗传研究表明,垩白度在杂交F_1代多偏向小值亲本,F_2出现大量超低亲和超高亲分离,呈连续的多峰分布,广义遗传力49.6%~61.8%。米粒垩白度与主要产量性状间无明显的相关关系。说明通过籼粳杂交改良稻米垩白度是可行的。
A study of the genetic behavior of chalkincss of rice kernels in four indica x japonica crosses showed that chalkiness of hybrid rice kernel tended to be close to the smaller parent in F_1. The frequency distribution in F_2appearcd to be continuous, suggesting that this charactcr is controlled by multiple genes. Broad-sense heritability ranged in 49.6~61.8%. Correlation analysis indicated that chalkiness of rice kernels is not correlated with the main yield components. Thercfore, it is fcasible to improve grain quality by crossing indica rice with japonica rice.
