摘要
本文探索出一套有效地利用人工气候厢研究两用核不育系育性转化的人工模拟自然条件、试验材料的种植管理及处理等方法。该方法也可用于其它类似的研究中。
Based on the results of a three-year study, a set of effective methods were developed for the simulation of natural climatic conditions and for the growth, management and treatment of the expcriment materials in the study of fertility transformation of photo-and thermo-sensitive genie male sterile lines of rice in growth chambers. These methods are considered to be applicable to other studies of similar nature.
