摘要 水稻品种的抗旱适应性与硝酸还原酶活性和脯氨酸含量密切相关。适应性强的品种在水分胁迫下表现较高的硝酸还原酶活性和脯氨酸含量,因此可用其活性及含量作为水稻品种抗旱适应性的鉴定指标。 Paddy rice varieties were planted on upland fields and exposed to water stress at the booting, heading and flowering stages. The drought resistance adaptability of the varieties were found to be closely related to their activity of nitrate reductase and proline content. Nitrate reductase activity and proline content of the varieties with higher adaptabiliyty were higher than those with lower adaptability and, therefore, can be adopted to serve as an index in the identification of drought resistance adaptability in rice varieties.
