摘要
对桑蟥生殖腺研究表明,桑蟥染色体具有鳞翅目昆虫染色体的一般特征,雌雄虫染色体数均为n±22、2n=44,性型为ZZ-ZW。在卵母细胞减数分裂前期及中期,有一不完全配对染色体,推测为ZW染色体对,末端长的为W染色体。雌蟥染色体可分为三组,各自含8对、5对、9对染色体。
A crtogenetical study of the gonads of Rondotia menciana M.has demonstrated that it as the comon characteristics of the insects of the Lepidoptera order. The chromosome number of both sexes is n=22 and 2n=44, indicating that the sexual type of the insect is ZZ-ZW. At prophase and metaphase of meiosis of the oocyte, an incomplete conjugate chromosome pair may be observed, possibly the ZW complex. The longer terminal is presumed to be the W chromosome. According to their relative length and shape and the presence of a secondary constriction, the chromosomes at the mitotic prometaphase wrer arranged and divided into three groups, with eight, five and nine conjugate chromosome pairs in them.
