摘要
根据种植业生产具有育种技术先导作用和栽培管理等技术对品种现实单产潜力挖掘作用的个性,讨论了农作物技术效率(η)具有技术推广效率(η1)和现实潜力边界效率(η2)的两层性,即η=η_1·η_2。并以四川省不同农区主要粮食作物技术效率的度量分析为例,从粮食作物种类、生产结构、农业综合分区布局等方面进行了技术推广效率、现实潜力边界效率及提高技术效率的制约因素的讨论,提出了全省粮食持续增长的近期抉择、种植业生产环境改善的重点方向、中长期对新技术的重点要求及相应对策以增强技术进步作用。
Based on the specific characters of both leading action of breeding and cultivation-management technique to tap practical production poteniality in crop production, it is showed that
technique efficiency (η) of crops has double character of technique spreading efficiency (η1)
and practical potentiality-margin efficiency (η2) , that is η=η1·η2。
And taking example of calculation and analysis of technique efficiency of main grain crops in different agricultural area of Sichuan, China, technique efficiency, practical potentiality-margin efficiency and the restricting factors for raising heightenning technique efficiency were discussed from variety and production structure of grain crops and comprehensive dividing districts on agriculture, and so short-term selection for improving product environment of crops and the requirement for newly key technique in longcr-term were put forward,also the corresponding countermeasures were given in this paper to strenghten the effect of technology progress.
