ABT生根粉促进秋马铃薯枝条扦插生产种用幼薯的效果探讨

摘要 为探讨种用幻嫩薯生产技术,实验观察了ABT生根粉对秋马铃薯枝条扦插生根、结薯及薯块继代生产力的影响。结果认为:ABT生根粉对插条生根具有明显促进作用,可使插条提前生根10天左右;温度对插条生根有较大影响;扦插后60天左右,每枝插条可获得10g左右健壮幼嫩薯,其继代生产力能达到一般种薯生产水平。 The rooting, producing tubers and the tubers offspring performance of the fall sowing potato were studied.The results indicated that the AST rooting accelerator had evident effect to promote the rooting of the cutting wood, which taking roots 10 days earlier than CK; temperature was important to rooting.After cutting 60 days, each branch could produce log healthy tuber, whose offspring performance could be up to normal seed tubers. This could be a new way for rapidly propagating seed potato.
