兔出血性脑水肿与血浆肿瘤坏死因子关系的研究

摘要 目的研究肿瘤坏死因子在脑出血急性期的变化及与脑水肿的关系。方法采用随机方法分实验组、对照组。实验组制造兔脑出血模型检测脑组织水含量及不同时点血浆肿瘤坏死因子浓度,结果与对照组比较。结果实验组兔48小时后脑组织水含量79.57±0.44%,6小时后血浆肿瘤坏死因子浓度12.65±3.37ng/dl;对照组分别是78.49%±0.48%、7.51±2.55ng/dl。结论脑出血后血浆肿瘤坏死因子浓度发生动态变化,在出血后6小时达到高峰,随后下降。脑出血后脑水肿可能与肿瘤坏死因子大量释放有关。 Objective To study the change of tumor necrosis factor at acute period of cerebral hemorrhage and its relations with cerebral edema. Methods The experiments were divided into 2 groups, control group and experiment group.The rabbit cerebral hemorrhage model was made to measure the Dry Weight/Wet Weight of brain and the plasma levels of tumor necrosis factor at different time. Results Dry Weight/Wet Weight of rabbit's brain at 48h after experiment group was 79.57±0.44%,and the level of tumor necrosis factor at 6h was 12.65 ±3.37 ng/dl.The numerical value of control group respectively are 78.49±0.48% and 7.51±2.55 ng/dl. Conclusions The tumor necrosis factor level in plasma is changed dynamically after cerebral hemorrhage.The peak level of tumor necrosis factor occurred at 6h,and then its level decreases after cerebral hemarrhage distinctly.Hemorrhage cerebral edema is relevant with large quantity of tumor necrosis factor release.
