血清α_1酸性糖蛋白(α_1-AG)检测在糖尿病继发感染中的临床应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨血清α1 酸性糖蛋白 (α1 AG)的水平变化在糖尿病继发感染中的临床应用价值。方法 用免疫比浊法对 30例糖尿病继发感染患者、25例糖尿病无感染患者、20例正常人的血清α1 AG进行检测,并与反映感染的敏感指标C反应蛋白 (CRP)相比较。结果 继发感染组α1 AG水平明显高于无感染组及正常对照组 (P均 <0. 001 ),无感染组略高于正常对照组,但无显著性差异 (P>0. 05 )。α1 AG与CRP水平显著正相关 (r=0. 912,P<0. 01 )。继发感染组感染控制前后血清α1 AG水平有显著差异 (P<0 001 )。结论 血清α1 AG水平与有无感染密切相关,动态观察血清α1 AG水平有助于糖尿病继发感染的早期诊断及抗感染疗效的观察。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of serum α 1-acid glycoprotein (α 1-AG) to diabetes mellitus (DM) with secondary infection.Methods The serum α 1-AG levels of 30 DM patients with secondary infection and of 25 DM patients without infection were measured by immunoturbidimetry, and then were investigated whether correlativity with the level of serum c-reactive protein (CRP) existed.Results The α 1-AG level of DM patients with infection was obviously higher than that of the patients without infection and that of normal controls (P<0.001). The α 1-AG level of DM patients without infection was higher than that of normal control, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Positive correlation was shown between serum α 1-AG and CRP (r=0.912, P<0.01). Significant difference in α 1-AG level in DM patients was found between pre-and post-treatment (P<0.001).Conclusion The α 1-AG level is significantly correlated with DM patients with infection. Its detection is helpful to the early diagnosis of DM with infection and to the assessment of therapeutic effect.
