摘要
目的探讨皮瓣修复四肢大关节部位深度烧伤创面的临床应用价值.方法对68例74个关节深度烧伤创面采用皮瓣修复.结果 98个皮瓣中,全部成活90个;随访1～7年,大部分关节功能恢复正常,占95.5%.结论采用本法简单有效,可以降低四肢烧伤残废率.
Objective To discuss the clinical value of skin flap application for the reconstruction of deep burn of extremities' major joints.Methods Deeply burned wounds of extremities of 68 cases (74 places) were reconstructed with skin flaps. Results Of 98, 90 flaps survived. The movement of most joints (95%) was restored to normal in 1~7 years' follow-up. Conclusion It is simple and effective to adopt skin flap repair that can decrease the rate of disability resulting from burn.
