边海防地区军人SCL-90及亚健康调查分析

Investigation into SCL-90 and subhealth among servicemen of frontier defense

目的 了解边海防军人的心理健康状态及亚健康发生情况。方法 对边海防的军人抽样进行SCL 90量表评定及亚健康调查。结果 边海防军人的SCL 90总分和阳性项目数显著高于对照组 (P均 <0. 01 ),亚健康人员也显著高于对照组 (城市后勤机关官兵P<0. 01 );SCL 90的所有 9个因子中,有 6项边海防军人显著高于对照组 (P均 <0. 01 )。结论 边海防军人与其他地区的军人群体相比较,有着较高的心理压力和有较多的人员处于亚健康状态。

Objective To realize the status of mental health and the occurrence of subhealth among the servicemen of frontier defense on islands.Methods Investigation into symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) and subhealth via sampling among in six of nine factors stationed on the islands. Results There were more positive items in the SCL-90s in the frontier defense servicemen than in the control group so that their SCL-90 total score was higher (P<0.01). And the number of the servicemen with subhealth was more than that of the controls. The scores in the servicemen were higher than that in the controls in six of nine factors in SCL-90 (P<0.01).Conclusion Severer mental stresses are upon the island frontier's servicemen, and there are more ones with subhealth.
