提高甘蓝型雄性不育三系杂交油菜制种杂交率的技术途径研究 被引量:6

TECHNICAL WAYS FOR RAISING CROSS-RATE IN SEED PRODUCTION OF THREE-LINE HYBRID RAPESEED (B. napus L.)

摘要 针对甘蓝型三系杂交油菜种子生产上的难题,1990~1993年间在多点多季进行了甘篮型油菜雄性不育三系制种杂交率的研究,结果表明:采用异地异季(即高海拔区春播)制种技术,可有效地将甘蓝型三系杂交油菜的制种杂交率提高到93.9%,达到省定一级种子标准。经生产验证,“川油12”制种产量达1287kg/hm^2。 To resolve the problem in seed production of three-line hybrid lapeseed. an experimenton how to raise the cioss-rate in seed production of three-line hybrid rapeseed was conducted from 1990.to 1993. The lesults showed that the cross-rate could be effectively raised by producing seed at the place with higher elevation by spring sowing. By this new technical way the sterility of Aline Was stable, the production of hybrid F1 seed was higher than sowing at common seasonu, up to 1287kg/hm2.
