低温处理种蒜提早抽苔的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 根据市场需求,大蒜生长发育规律及生理生态特性,结合我省自然气候条件,进行了大蒜不同品种、不同时间、不同海拔地区的种蒜低温处理,以期提早大蒜抽苔的研究。通过5年的试验、示范和大面积推广,确定了适宜的品种、地区、低温处理的时间、温度范围及配套的规范化栽培技术。使大蒜成熟采收期提早30~60天,获得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to research the bolting earlier of garlic seed bulb as the demand of market, the law of garlic growth and development and its physiological-ecological characteristics in the climate of Yunnan.A study which the seed bulbs of different varieties from regions at different elevations were treated with low temperature for different durations (days) was conducted in 1988-1982. Through 5 years trials, the suitable varieties and regions, the duration (days) and range of treating low temperature were cleared and a complete set of cultural technique was established. The maturing and harvesting period of garlic wen advanced 30~60 days than usual. The remarkable economic and social benefit was achieved.
