摘要
目的 探讨低温低氧环境下对正常家兔和心肌缺血家兔心电图的影响。方法 将正常家兔和心肌缺血家兔分别置于低温(- 1 0± 2 )℃和低氧 8.5 %的氮氧混合气体的冰柜中 30min ,然后 ,测定冷刺激和低氧同时作用下的正常和心肌缺血家兔心电图的变化。结果 冷刺激加低氧后正常家兔心电图有明显改变 ,尤其心肌缺血组家兔的心电图变化更为明显。结论 寒冷刺激加低氧对正常家兔和心肌缺血家兔的心电图有明显影响。提示对心肌缺血患者 ,在冷环境和低氧状态下 。
Objective To discuss the electrocardiogram(ECG) changes of cardiac ischemia rabbit under hypoxia and low temperature. Methods Put normal rabbits and ischemia rabbits into mixed gas fridge for 30 minutes under hypoxia(8.5% oxyg) and low temperature(-10±2℃),then, record the ECG changes of the normal rabbits and the ischemia rabbits under hypoxia and low temperature. Results ECG of the normal domestic rabbit has obvious changes under hypoxia and low temperature,ECG of the cardiac ischemia rabbits has more obvious changes under hypoxia and low temperature. Conclusion The combined action of the cold stimulation and low oxygen has obvious influence to the ECG of the normal rabbits and the cardiac ischemia rabbits, which suggest us that more protection measurements should be take to patients with cardiac ischemia under hypoxia and low temperature.
