摘要
印度谷螟Plodia interpunctlla Hiibner是重要的仓贮害虫,在息烽一年发生4代,以第4代幼虫越冬。饲养观察结果:成虫寿命3～28天,雌蛾产卵前期一般1～3天,卵期3～10天,幼虫(预蛹)历期20～214天,蛹历期5～25天。印度谷螟喜温暖湿润环境。
An investigation for the Indian meal moth (Plodia interpunctella Hubner) had been conducted in Xifeng county of Guizhou in 1990~1991. The results showed that it was an important storage destructive insect in the locality. It has four generation a year and overwinlered with larvae of fourth generation. The life-span of adult, duration of preoviposilion stage of female, oviposition stage, larva (prpupation) stage and pupa stage indoor ranged from 3~28, 1~3, 3~10, 20~214 and 5~35 days, respectiely.
