摘要
1987~1991年,测定了采自贵州省毕节、大方、威宁、水城、兴义、贵阳、遵义,金沙、黔西、织金、纳雍、赫章等市县的玉米大斑病菌标样,按照国际上划分生理小种的毒力公式评定所测定的125个菌株,结果表明,黔西北特殊玉米生态区和遵义、兴义、水城等广大地区的玉米大斑病菌存在着1号、2号和3号3个生理小种.1号小种有97个菌株,占测定菌株数的80.17%;2号小种有11个菌株,占9.09%;3号小种有13个菌株,占10.74%.1号小种各地均有分布,2号小种和3号小种分布也较广.
In 1987-1991, the physiological races of Helminthosporium turcicum Pass collocted from Bijie, Dafang) Weining, Shuicheng, Xinyi, Guiyang, Zunyi, Jinsha, Qianxi, Zhijin, Nayong, Hezhang in northwest Guizhou province were studied.125 identified strains were determined for their virulence according to the international virulent formula of physiological race. The results indicated that there were three races in the northwest of Guizhou province, namely race 1,2, and 3. All three races existed in the wide area of Zunyi, Xinyi and Shuicheng. In the 125 strains determined, 97 belonged to race 1, accounting for 80. 7%; 11 belonged to race 2, 9.07%; 13 belonged to race 3, 10.74%, Race 1 distributed in every location tested, race 2 and 3 distributed widely, too.
