空降医疗队员精神健康水平与应对行为的研究

Study between Mental Health and Coping Style in Parachutist Ambulance Corps

目的了解空降医疗队员在抽组训练中的精神健康水平及应对行为,为空降救护训练中的心理干预提供依据。方法采用相关性设计与随机整群抽样方法,抽取53名空降医疗队员,用症状自评量表、应对行为问卷进行调查。结果绝大多数医疗队员常选用积极应对行为;相关分析显示,精神健康水平的症状评分与积极应对行为呈负相关,尤以躯体化、强迫、抑郁、敌对、恐怖因子相关非常显著;女性积极应对行为均分高于男性;精神健康水平量表症状评分,除敌对与偏执两因子评分男性明显高于女性外,其余无差异。结论提示医疗队的抽组训练应融入心理健康教育和应对策略的训练内容,提高其对困难和挫折的认识水平及应对能力,减轻应激对机体的损害,提高部队战斗力。

Objective To study mental health, coping style and related factors in parachutist ambulance corps. Methods 53 parachutist ambulance corps were interviewed with symptom self - rating questionnaire, coping style questionnaire and mental health questionnaire. Results Most parachutist ambulance men adopted positive coping styles. Factorial score was negatively related to mental health,especially to so-matization, obsession, depression, hostility and phobia: Low-symptorm group scored significantly higher in active coping factors than high-symptom group. There was no significant difference in negative coping style symptom score. Females scored higher than males in active coping style. Except for higher score of hostility and paranvid in males than in females, there was no significant difference in factorial score of mental health. Conclusion Our study indicates that mental health education and pertinent training should be included in the training programs of parachutist ambulance corps so as to help improve their cognition on difficulty and frustration, enhance their coping ability, minimize stress induced impairment and raise fighting ability.
