摘要
目的探讨护理干预对癌症患者负性情绪的影响。方法将58例癌症患者随机分成干预组(30例)和对照组(28例),对干预组患者在临床抗肿瘤治疗的同时给予情感支持、认知重建、音乐疗法、行为训练、家庭和社会支持等护理干预,对照组给予临床抗肿瘤治疗和常规护理措施。干预前及干预6周后采用Zung的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行焦虑、抑郁状态评定。结果干预前两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分无显著差异(P>0.05);6周后干预组患者焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预有助于改善癌症患者的负性情绪,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on negative emotional response in cancer patients. Methods 58 cancer patients were divided into 2 groups:30 patients in the intervention group and 28 in the control group. The intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to the clinical treatment, and the control group was given only clinical treatment. Six weeks later, the intervention was evaluated by using Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) ,and compared with the control group. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention is an effective method to improve psychological state of cancer patients.
