摘要
结合重庆市合川县域镇土地定级工作试点实践,针对县域城镇土地定级工作的特殊性.提出统一评定县域城镇土地级别的技术路线是:开展城镇体系层次分析,建立两类定级标志.通过合成计分,实现聚类定级.
According to.the urbanland classification ex[x--riment carried out in Hochuan Couty, the special characteristics of the urbanland classification in the county are discussed and a practical working scheme for the urbanland classification in the county is put forward. The scheme is from the urban system analysis, through the establishment of two kinds of indicators and combined scoring to the clustering classification of the urbanland.
