A Method for Protecting Password Transmission

提出了一种保护口令传输安全的有效方法，并且对口令的变更问题也提出了一种很好的安全机制。这种方法简单、有效，不需要任何额外的密钥（对称密钥或非对称密钥）来保护口令的传输，仅仅使用了一种抗碰撞单向Ｈａｓｈ函数，如ＳＨＡ－１．

In this paper we put forward a secure method for protecting passwords while being transmitted over distrust computer networks. We also resolve a problem on how to change an old password, in which, a collision-resistant Hash function, such as SHA-l, is employed, instead of any other additional keys like the symmetric or public/private keys, to protect password transmission.
