摘要
设计出径赛高强度训练的负荷增减梯次,通过训练过程反馈信息对运动负荷临界阈及其动态特征进行量化描述和分析,并以此控制运动负荷的实施梯次,有效地实现了对高强度训练过程的优化控制.
This paper attempts to design stages for High-strength training load in running events. Through the feedback informations during the training processes, we make a quantitative analysis and description for the critical point of running load and its dynamic characteristics, which provides ways to control the various stages of the load and lead to realize the high- strength training processes effectively and efficiently.
