摘要
首次在国内用系统工程和运筹学方法研究了油田一级的综合规划决策。联系投入产出,研究了勘探、开发、建设、资源能力、综合经济等状况,建立了参数体系和一套数学模型,研制了专用软件。为油田规划决策提供了科学依据,使决策从经验向科学迈出了第一步。采用规划方案,每年可节约投资1100——10000万元。
This paper comprehensively studies the oilfield—class programmed decision by means of system engineering and operations research. Connected with the input and output, it also discusses the conditions of exploration, development, construction, resources capacity and synthetical economics. On this basis, it establishes the systems of parameters and mathematical models, and develops special softwares, so that it offers a scientific creterion for oilfield decision. Once we apply the scheme of the programmed decision in the oilfield, we can save more tham 11—100 million yuan annually.
