在定义五种保障性资源配套率和支援服务及时性指标的基础上,提出了雷达装备保障资源完备性综合定量评估模型,实现了雷达装备保障资源完备性评价由定性向定量的过渡.

In this paper, on the basis of defining five kinds of support resouce matching rate and the aid service promptness indexes ,the author puts forward the complete quantitative evaluation models for RESR, which can pave the way for the transition of the complete RESR from the qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.
