Design of Position Servo Synchronous System With IPC

针对数控技术中的同步控制要求,设计了一种基于PC工控机的位置伺服同步控制系统.在简单介绍了该运动控制器硬件结构的基础上,描述了其控制软件的设计方法及关键技术.同时,运用长驻内存技术解决了由于“零漂”而引起的位置“漂移”.

A species of position servo synchronous controller with the IPC is designed, and its key methods of hardware and software design are given in this paper. Terminate and resident can be applied to overcoming the position shift due to the current drift.
