试论中国高等教育改革的新趋向

New Tendencies in the Reformation of China's Higher Education

21世纪是知识经济的时代,中国做为世贸组织正式成员国,不仅在经贸活动,而且在教育领域,也必须服从WTO规则的约束。故此,中国的高等教育改革必然会出现:教育观念更新,教育实施产业化以及真正实施以培养国际化、现代化、人文化的人才为核心内容的素质教育。

The 21st century is one of knowledge economy. As one of WTO's regular members, China must be obedient to its principles not only in economic activities,but also in the field of education. As a result, China's higher education will naturally undergo a series of reformations such as the renewal of educational concepts, the industrialization of educational practice,and the actual carrying out of quality education, the kernel of which is to cultivate talents with the quality of internationalization,modernization,and human-ization.
