摘要
本文根据牙轮钻头几何学原理,应用计算机技术,对牙轮钻头直径的加工误差的影响因素、各有关设计参数的公差与直径误差的关系、以及钻头直径误差的分布情况进行了系统的分析与计算。同时对所编制的软件作了简单介绍。
Based on the theory of rock bit geometry and using computer technique, this paper has systematically analyzed and calculated the factors affecting the manufacture error of rock bit's diameter, the relationship between the tolerance of design parameters and the diameter error, and the distribution of rock bit's dianeter error. This paper has also introduced the compiled software briefly.
