西北电网1994～2000年330kV变压器类设备运行状况综述

Operation Conditions of 330 kV Transformer Equipment in Northwest Power System in 1994～2000

介绍了近几年西北电网330kV 变压器类设备损坏事故和运行中的缺陷,主要表现为变压器抗短路强度不够、结构不合理、绝缘薄弱、进水受潮、金属异物、套管质量不良、电抗器局部过热、老式互感器质量不良、安装质量问题和运行维护方面的问题。为此,制造厂要采取各种措施提高产品质量,电力部门也要加强运行管理。

The paper introduces 330 kV transformer damages and defects in operation in Northwest Power Network in recent years. These transformer failures attribute mainly to insufficient short circuit resisting strength,irrational structures,weak insulation,damp- ness,foreign body intrusion and poor management.There are also some installation and maintenance problems causing spot over- heating in reactors and low quality of instrument transformers.Therefore,manufacturers should take measures to promote product quality and operational units should enhance operational management.
