从介绍寿命周期成本概念出发,讨论变电站技术经济优化准则.指出变电站新技术开发和应用的目标应是使寿命周期成本最小。讨论数字光电量测系统原理和技术,基于此技术的智能集成开关设备系统和控制与保护集成的自动化系统结构。分析由这些新技术和系统构成的现代紧凑型变电站的经济性和可靠性,指出现代紧凑型变电站是技术和经济的最优解决途径。

To start with life-time cost concept introduction,this paper discusses substation technical and economical optimization, points out that the new technology development and application for substation shall be targeted to minimize life-time cost.Based on the principle and technology of digital electro-optical measurement,the intelligent integrated switchgear system and control as well as protection combined automation system are discussed.An analysis on economy and reliability of the modem compact substation based on the new technology has shown that it is the optimal way for modern compact substations.
