Process Modeling in Mechanisms Design Based on Coupling Information

提出了运动链单元和联结单元的概念 ,基于联结思想系统分析了机构设计过程中涉及的设计信息和意图 ,给出了单元关联图的构建方法 ,以功能联结信息、联结关联信息、几何联结信息为基础建立机构设计过程模型 ,对机构的重用设计及创新设计予以支持。

Information of mechanisms design plays an important role in reuse of existed mechanisms. This paper firstly discusses the concepts of kinematic chains unit(KCU)and coupling unit. Based on the notion of coupling, the paper offers the information lies in process of mechanisms design, and presents the way to establish the graph of unit coupling (GUC). Finally a process modeling based on information of function coupling, unit coupling and geometric coupling is constructed to support re-design and innovation design of mechanisms.
