摘要
高炉紫铜风口是由铸造本体和轧制端头两个部分采用 TIG手工焊接而成。随着高炉的扩容 ,为了延长风口使用寿命 ,提高焊缝物理和力学性能 ,成功采用了 MIG自动焊 。
The copper twyere of blast furnace is composed of casting body and rolling butt end which are joined by TIG hand welding process.With the growth of capacity of blast furnace, in order to increase the life of the copper twyere and to enhance the physical and mechanical performance of the welding line of the copper twyere, MIG automatic welding process was successfully adopted. Hence it was satisfied for the produce requirement of the blast furnace.
