2002～2003年福建医科大学附属第二医院抗微生物注射剂的应用

Application of Antimicrobial Injections in No. 2 Affiliated Hospital of Fujiaan Medical University 20022003

目的 了解福建省医科大学附属第二医院抗微生物药物 (注射剂 )的应用情况及发展趋势。方法 收集 2 0 0 2～ 2 0 0 3年度医院用药信息数据 ,采用Excel进行统计分析。结果 “医保”药物基本达总用药频度的 80 %。较常用的抗微生物药物为头孢菌素类、氨基糖甙类、青霉素类。大多数高档抗微生物药物的日均费用有所下降。结论 该院抗微生物药物用药结构基本合理。

To learn the application of antimicrobial injections in No. 2 Affiliated Hospital of Fujiaan Medical University. Data of hospital drug usage between 2002 and 2003 were collected and analyzed with Microsoft Excel software. 80% of the prescribed drugs belonged to the medical insurance. The commonly used antimicrobials were mainly cephalosporins, aminoglycoside and penicillins. The daily expense on most of the top-grade drugs decreased. [Conclusion] The structure of antimicrobial usage in this hospital is general rational.
