ＤＬＬ技术是实现数据采集的有效方法。本文介绍了ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ动态链接库技术和开发用户ＤＬＬ的方法，并给出了实际应用中一个开发动态链接库实现数据采集的实例。

DLL technology is an effective method to realize data collection. This article present the Windows Dynamic - Lind Library technology and the method for developing user' s DLL. Here also give an instance of data collecting by developing DLL in application.
