摘要 用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和俄歇谱仪,对在实验室获得的钛/钢爆炸复合板(1~#试样)和工业规模生产的钛/钢复合板(2~#试样)的结合界面,进行了观测分析,同时测试了这两种复合板的力学性能。结果表明,1~#材料的结合面为细波形结构,界面上没有中间形成物和其他缺陷,其抗拉强度>475 MPa,抗剪强度>368 MPa;2~#材料的结合面呈大波形结构,界面上有熔化缺陷,并形成了钛铁化合物,其抗拉强度为172 MPa,抗剪强度为278 MPa,这种材料的力学性能足以满足常规工程应用要求。 The bonding interfaces of titanium-steel clad plates by explosion have been investigated by optical microscope, SEM and AES, and their machanical properties have been also tested for lab. Scale products(NO.1)and the industry scale products (NO.2)The result show thatthe bonding interface of NO.1 exhibits a fine wavy structure,no intermetallic compounds and other defects exist,and the interracial tensile strength and shear strength are not less than 475 MPa and 368 MPa,respectively.The bonding interface of NO.2 has a big wavy structure and has some melt defects on it,forming a Fe-Ti compound. The interface tensile strength is 127 MPa and the shear strength is up to 278MPa,for NO.2.These machanical properties have been enough to satisfy normal engineering applications.
