高压水喷砂除钛板材表面鳞皮技术的研究

摘要 叙述了高压水喷砂方法除钛板表面鳞皮的技术与原理,较详细地介绍了研制高压水喷砂除钛板鳞皮机组的设计思想,结构特点及解决的技术难点。对设备试运行取得的各项工艺参数进行分析后表明,研制的机组,结构合理,各项性能指标达到设计要求,可以彻底地清除宽钛板表面鳞皮,除鳞后表面质量与酸洗的基本相同,喷砂除鳞后钛板的机械性能与酸洗法相比,疲劳强度有所降低,其他性能基本不变。 This papar described not only the fundamental principle and technique of using hight pressure liquid and sanding to clean the surface scale of titanium sheets but also the design ideas, structure characteristics and difficult points of techninque in detail. It was shown that the structure was reasonable, all the design demands of properties had been met, and the quality of cleaning surface scale was similar to the acid corroded ones according to the analysis of craft parameters of operation for the completed equipment. For the mechanical properties of the cleaned titanium sheets, the fatigue strength was lower and the others were unchanged if comparing with acid corroded ones.
