摘要
通过对PC钢棒用钢的合金设计和生产成形工艺的分析与研究,寻找制约PC钢棒产品实物质量的主要因素,确定了生产PC钢棒系列用钢的钢种设计和微合金化技术,并且需要根据不同的钢种、规格来制订相应的热处理工艺和成形工艺,为扩大PC钢棒的应用和生产提供了理论依据和实践验证。
After analyzing the alloy composition design and product forming technique, the main factors
limiting product quality of PC steel bar have been found out. The steel class design and microalloying technology
of producing the series of steels for PC steel bar are determined. Based on different steel class and standard, the
correspond techniques of heat treatment and forming are worked out, the theoretical basis and practice evidence
are provided for boosting application and production of steel bar.
