摘要
介绍了沙钢高线水处理系统的设计,从用水量、水处理系统及水处理构筑物三方面叙述了高线水处理系统设计中有关问题的考虑。在净环水系统中,宜采用两个独立系统,并采用"一次加压,余压上塔"的处理方式。在浊环水系统的处理中,二次平流沉淀池和化学除油沉淀器各有优势,设计中应视实际情况酌情选用。
The designs of water treatment in Shagang High Speed Wire Rod engineerings are introduced.
Some problems in designs are recounted from three aspects: amount of using water, water treatment system and
that of constructures. In the treatment of closed system of recirculated cooling water, we may adopt two
independent systems and can take the treatment method that once being pumped water could go up to cooling
towers with the remained pressure. In the treatment of open system of recirculated cooling water, either of the
secondary steady settling basin and chemical oil-removed settling tank has advantages, they will be selected for
design according to the specific conditions.
